Make sure that the properties that you’re looking at purchasing actually align with your goals
Learn all the different ways that you make money with property: appreciation, cash flow, debt pay down, and equity capture.

There’s so many different ways that you can make money buying real estate. and is not the single, one-trick pony most people think it is.
